We started MenuLink after watching family-run restaurants lose orders to slow service and paper menus. Today we power digital ordering for hundreds of restaurants across the country.
Our story
MenuLink began in Lahore in 2023, when our founders were helping a relative run a busy karahi restaurant. Every night the same problems repeated: guests waiting to order, reprinting menus each time prices changed, and no record of what was actually selling.
The tools that existed were built for other markets — priced in dollars, with no Urdu support and no local payment options. So we built our own: a QR menu and ordering system designed for Pakistani restaurants from day one.
Today, MenuLink processes over a million orders across 25+ cities, from single-counter chai spots to multi-branch franchises. And we're just getting started.
